If you are applying for support services, you will be seen by an Intake
Specialist, an individual who will assist you in filing for support, and who will answer all of your support questions in a professional and courteous manner.  Prepare yourself for this interview by bringing all relevant information with you and by arriving as early as possible.  If you arrive late in the day you may be asked to return the following day to complete the paperwork.  You do not need an appointment to file for support services.  A support conference will be scheduled and you will receive your notice at the end of the interview.  The conference will be held within 4 to 6 weeks in accordance with Pennsylvania State Rules.
